      A- typically one person 350-500, two people 600-1000

      A- machine senses feeding of nails and warns operator

Q- what size pallets does it build?

      A- standard machine 24L x28W to 65L x60W  custom sizes also available

Q- what are the power and air requirements?

      A- 240volt 1ph    typical 10hp compressor will run it

Q- what is the average maintenance cost per year?

      A- anything can happen from time to time but usually less than$500

Q- whats the process of buying a g2?

     A- we require a 30% down payment before start and the balance before shipping

Q- can it run recycled wood?

     A- its designed for new wood but will run recycled if some care is taken in laying up

          the pallet, but dont expect the same production

Q- can it run deck boards that are different thicknesses?

      A- yes

Q- do we supply the nail guns?

      A- no, customers supply them
